The stay was absolutely very nice. Everything was great, fairly friendly staff, particularly nice views over the town. The room was comfy and beds were comfy. The breakfast was satisfactory, there was lots of food to chose from. The free parking was onsite, friendly service. Moreover, we had free internet.

The rooms were clean and relaxing. We could park at the hotel. the location was favorable and convenient, being right next to Beppu Station, a bus stop, and the city center. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by sand warmed by thermal waters.

Place was extremely convenient and good standard, greatly enjoyed the stay.

All in all, it was super base for traveling to Beppu. The breakfast was satisfactory, plus the location was good. Booked a room with pleasant views over the town. The staff seemed pleasant.

The staff were so friendly and the hotel was extremely convenient. the room was incredibly comfortable during my 2-night stay. the property is right by Beppu and the city center. A great bonus was the nearby Yoru Cafe, which offered tea and coffee. the hotel also offered good prices.

I always come back to this hotel. They took care of my parents when they were ill. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, restaurant. Rooms have a TV, elevator, kettle, AC, and are non-smoking. Coming back soon!

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Sun Valley Annex in Beppu. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even allowing me to check out at 12.00 without any extra charge. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel provided a free shuttle to the town center. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's decoration and general areas were delightful, giving off a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The lobby was tastefully decorated with beautiful vintage furniture and charming floral arrangements. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was remarkable. The spacious corridors made it easy for me to navigate with my walking stick, and there were plenty of comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel where I could rest and take in the lovely surroundings.

If I were to ask for one improvement, it would be for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and considerate towards the needs of senior guests. While they were polite and friendly, there were instances where they seemed a bit preoccupied and forgot to check in on us or offer assistance.

We enjoyed our city break in this hotel. The size of the rooms was fantastic and the breakfast was a good deal. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. the location of the hotel made it easy to explore the surrounding area and discover some great local restaurants.

The hotel is in need of some renovation. Although the onsen was nice and relaxing, the building itself is outdated and could use some updating.

Convenient Location: This hotel, although slightly away from the city center, offers a friendly hourly pick-up service from the main JR station. It's also well-situated for visiting the coastal sand bath and has good access to eateries in the area. Stunning Views: The breakfast on the 10th floor provides great panoramic views of the town and the sea. It's a lovely way to start your day. Relaxing Onsen: The hotel's onsen on the 10th floor is a delightful bonus. It's a perfect place to unwind after a long day and soak in the thermal waters. Plus, it's included in the room price.

Despite some minor drawbacks, overall, this hotel provided a pleasant stay.
